Chinese Agape Foundation was formed, at the request of the Chinese government, in early 2002, for the specific purpose of undertaking the work in China. The nonprofit foundation was formed in the State of Tennessee and has been used to undertake all projects in China since its formation.  The Peachtree City Church of Christ oversees the activities of Chinese Agape. Chinese Agape Foundation is a nonprofit foundation formed in accordance with 501 c 3 codes of the Internal Revenue Services of the US government.
