Hello!  My name is Dale Boyd.  My wife, Marian, and myself have been members at Peachtree City for six years.  We have both been involved in the teaching programs and the Care Group leadership since becoming members.  Our children are also members at Peachtree City.  Our son is Brian.  His wife is Monica, and they have three children, Riley, Brianna, and Jordan.  Our daughter is Renee Rich.  Her husband is Rodney, and they have two children, Mason and Bailey.  Marian and I are long time members of the Church.  Marian grew up in a Christian family and I was baptized at 19 thanks to their teaching and example.  We both have a great appreciation for the leadership at Peachtree City and the direction in which the church is headed.  The members are a loving, caring, and very friendly group, and we look forward to time spent with our Christian brothers and sisters here at Peachtree City.

During one of our men’s nights back in the spring, we were discussing our attendance on Sunday nights and Wednesday nights.  I shared with the group a program which I was involved with a number of years ago at another Congregation.  It was very successful!  The Elders have asked me to implement this program to increase attendance on Sunday nights and Wednesday nights.  The program will be starting in the 1st quarter of 2006, and I will be looking for volunteers to work with me in this very important endeavor.  It is my opinion that the most critical part of this program is to emphasize to each member how important it is to be at each service to edify themselves and others.
