Lads to Leaders

Lads to Leaders & Leaderettes is a tool churches of Christ can use to help prepare their youth and adults for service in the Kingdom of God and help develop their overall leadership potential.

Lads to Leaders & Leaderettes is more than just attending a youth rally or Bible Bowl. We offer a variety of Bible-based class materials for grades K-5 through Adult. Each year, a new version of our Scripture-based workbook called Pearls is published. Sound authors give an in-depth study of the Biblical truths found in the Bible Bowl book(s). Many churches use these excellent materials to involve the whole congregation.

Churches can now select from 33 events, the majority of which are non-competitive (22),Competition is only a small part of the program.

The goal of Lads to Leaders & Leaderettes is to provide churches of Christ with effective, year-round leadership training tools that can be adapted to individual congregational needs.

Students are encouraged to become more involved at their home congregation through our Advanced events (Bible Reading, Speech, Song Leading/Songs of Praise and Puppets).

The purpose of Lads to Leaders & Leaderettes is to help local congregations instill the Word of God into youth and adults so that they will naturally stand firm in the faith.

More than half of our events (22) are non-competitive. They involve reading the Bible, speaking, leading singing, memorizing Scripture, serving others and many more valuable activities.
